If you are like me, you read the above list and thought, “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” When I first read about EFT, it sounded like snake oil, and I was reluctant to try it, but I kept hearing of other peoples’ results and finally decided to try it for myself. I had so many successes, even as a newbie, that I have since gone on to do advanced training in the technique. I now use it daily for myself and clients with amazing results. I love seeing the look of amazement on their faces when their problems are relieved.
